At Nutrix Health Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and transparent return and refund practices.

1. Order Tracking

2. Order Verification
For security and order accuracy, Nutrix Health Care may verify orders via call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Failure to verify an order may result in cancellation.

3. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions: the product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging; the return request must be made within 7 days of delivery; proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, especially for healthcare and nutritional items.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video evidence. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details. Our support team will guide you through the return process. Products must be returned to our designated address after approval.

6. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Nutrix Health Care will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, or the original payment method where applicable. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: opened or used products, products without original packaging, products purchased on sale or promotion, and free items or giveaways.

9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will follow the return policy instead.

10. Policy for Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased from third-party websites, marketplaces, or retail stores must be returned according to their respective return policies. Nutrix Health Care is not responsible for such returns.

11. Changes to This Policy
Nutrix Health Care reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
