2. Shipping Charges and Delivery Time
We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 850. Shipping typically takes 3–4 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier service operations.

3. Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
Any product may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with a product or believe it may be damaged or tampered with, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the return, exchange, or refund process. Please retain the original product and packaging in case of return.

4. Purchases from Other Stores
If Nutrix Health Care products are purchased from another website, marketplace, or retailer, returns and refunds must be handled according to that seller’s policy. Nutrix Health Care is not responsible for returns or refunds of products purchased from third-party sellers.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Nutrix Health Care offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for eligible orders. COD allows customers to pay once they receive their parcel.

COD Terms and Conditions
Courier companies allow customers to open packages only after payment has been made. Do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered with, opened, or damaged. COD is available for orders under Rs. 10,000. For orders above this limit, customers may be required to use advance payment methods or contact customer support.

6. Delivery Coverage
Nutrix Health Care currently delivers across Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary in remote areas.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Delays may occur due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, courier service issues, or natural or unforeseen circumstances. Nutrix Health Care will not be responsible for delays beyond our control.
