PR Marketing Manager

The role involves managing influencer marketing campaigns, building social media, and public relations. The PR Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to engaging influencers/ actors, executing marketing strategies, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Discovery
    Research and shortlist influencers who are a strong fit for the health and wellness audience.
  • Planning & Execution
    Design and launch influencer initiatives and campaigns for marketing purposes.
  • Campaign Management
    Oversee influencer partnerships from outreach and content production to final campaign delivery. Guide and oversee content created by influencers to ensure it reflects the brand voice.
  • Performance Monitoring
    Measure campaign outcomes and gather insights to continuously refine influencer marketing efforts.
  • Coordination & Communication
    Manage all aspects of collaborations, including contract agreements, creative briefs, and day-to-day communication.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and public relations skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network effectively.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or health care industry is a plus!
  • Familiarity with the latest influencer trends.
