We’re looking for an Ads Specialist with a proven track record of running high ROI campaigns. This is a hands-on role requiring problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to optimizing ad performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Facebook and Google ad campaigns from creation to execution.
• Analyse campaign data to adjust strategies, maximise ROI, and refine performance.
• Collaborate with the design/ content team to develop compelling visuals and ad copies.
• Craft high-converting ad content (copywriting skills get you brownie points!)
• Adjust budgets and bids to optimize campaign performance, using data-driven insights.
• Keep up-to-date with Facebook and Google policies, industry trends, and algorithm changes to maintain effective campaigns.
• Create insightful, data-driven reports and presentations to monitor campaign performance and guide future strategy.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns carefully.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
